Order Processing Time

Most orders Will ship the same day if placed by 12pm, some orders may require up to 3–4 business days to process before they are shipped. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and begins the business day after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has completed processing, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier, and are calculated after processing is complete. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement after receiving your tracking number.

Important Shipping Information
    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    •    Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
    •    Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
