Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked through our official booking system. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit (if required) is received.
Same-day and last-minute appointments are subject to availability.
Appointment Preparation
Please arrive on time and with hair that is clean, fully detangled, and product-free unless otherwise stated in the service description. Failure to arrive prepared may result in additional fees, reduced service, or appointment cancellation.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation depending on availability, and deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so within the time frame outlined in our booking system. No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit and may affect future booking privileges.
